Attendees will learn how to create, modify and apply a functional process map unique to their organization as an indispensable tool to build stakeholder mindshare, assess current capabilities, identify disconnects, prioritize improvement opportunities, and streamline supporting technology.
This workshop will also cover the top must-have practices that are essential to any successful PPM program within a knowledge worker-based environment. As part of registration,
